All orders (including international) will be shipped out within 1-2 days but can take up to 3-4 business days. Please kindly bear with us during peak periods (major holidays, new launches, etc). Local orders will be delivered via Qexpress.

Do also note that as we would like to reduce wastage, boxes will not be provided for any local orders with just a poopy bag or poopy tag.

Kindly head over to the Singpost website for tracked mail or click the link in your dispatch notice email. Please allow 48 hours for your tracking to be updated. For international shipping we use Registered Package International, which takes 8 to 18 business days of delivery. 

Do note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused via the courier, customs and/or any missing parcels.

We are not liable for local customs and sales tax. Your local customs authority may notify you once your order reaches your country and customs and sales tax may be applied and paid by you before you receive your goods. Any customs delay or charges that may occur is beyond our control.

There will be extra shipping charges for orders above $500 as a different international shipping method will have to be used (Speedpost express).

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Once your parcel leaves our hands, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver your parcel. By purchasing you adhere to these conditions. In the unlikely event your parcel has not arrived or has arrived damaged, we will send you proof of receipt and you can look to make a claim with Qexpress/Singpost.
